Well~ Tsubaki seems tired when writing his post yesterday so some things are quite off. Anyway, the LAN party was a SUCCESS! We had a total 34 people turning up for our first local event and I’m really suprised by the response. The 1OBN crew also made their appearance. But all 33 men got slaughtered by me in Counter Strike! Bow down to me!!! In fact, TJ Han became my No.1 Fan after today since he was moaning for my name after the event.

I bet for the first time, IRC had this many customers. =D

I met up with some of them and we started talking about rubbish and crap. We had loads of laugh in fact and we got to know each other better. I was suppose to meet up with MistaYoH to do some doujinshis and talk about how to start a website of his own so that he could showcase his work and write about stuff but seems like since the others were around, we ditched the idea and chatted. It wasn’t long since MistaYoH started drawing his own and I was amazed by his drawing. It was good but sadly he can’t colour, so I offered to colour it for him when he’s done by using Photoshop CS2.

The remaining finally turned up and we waited for my No.1 Fan, TJ Han (Yes… I’m a fan of him too =X). Everyone took out their handphones and everyone sent him an SMS saying, “Where are you now?”. A total of 30+ people sent him that. His inbox got flooded. It was funny since we were all grinning and giving evil laughter as we said, “1… 2… 3… SEND!” and started to laugh our lungs out.

We were making so much noise, no one even bothered to shut us up. The power of the Otakus? Not like I want to call myself that though…

As we typed the second message saying, “You have 10 minutes left!”, TJ Han appeared with LianYL and impz.

So we headed to IRC and things got screwed. Yes. HOWEVER, it wasn’t my fault, or TJ Han’s. People at IRC thought that we made the booking for the computers at 0800hr. Yes, you heard it right… Who the heck will wake up so early just to play Counter Strike?! Ok… I admit… I do… But not the others I suppose.

We then headed to the IRC at Penisular. Leading the pack was Tsubaki, the self proclaim king of all Otakus who is currently building his harem. I had my doubts at Penisular and somehow Asoukai was nice enough to actually call and check out if they really had vacancies. They didn’t. We had to walk back.

Tsubaki, now has a harem of 32 males instead of females. Yes. I’m not one of them which explains why it’s 32. Tsubaki is trying to woo me though so he can add it to 33. He failed.

We got in while some of them went for dinner since there wasn’t enough seats yet. And my show is on… We played Battlefield 2 and it was really fun though it took like forever to actually finish the game. I got bored and played O2Jam for awhile whil LianYL who got bored so he tries to create a Counter Strike: Source game. And it worked so I entered too. The room was titled, “OMG TSUBAKI IS GAY”. We entered and play but LianYL being such a n00b, didn’t set the time limit per map, so we changed map like once every 10 rounds or so. But each round was quite long considering that we have 32 people playing it. You must be wonder why 32 and not 34. Seriously, I don’t know myself. Either they left OR they were doing 69 somewhere else. =X I owned everyone in Counter Strike! Wahaha! 40+ kills in 3 rounds. That’s like killing almost everyone per round. The others hardly made it past 2 digits for kill. Seems like the R.I students, like DarkMirage, are the ones killing me most of the times too.

Best part was 32 men in the map with a knife trying to stab each other like some gangster fight. The guys sitting beside were traumatised when they saw 32 people playing Counter Strike: Source together. They went, “WTF? 32 people playing CS in a LAN shop?! And they are all friends?!?!?! Let’s join in!”. They couldn’t since they didn’t know the password, which was “tsubakigay”. Yes… The password was right under their nose but they just couldn’t get it. The knife match is probably one of the best games we played.

We played till about 2300hr and left the shop. This is what the LAN shop looked like when we left.

It was so empty, there was only 1 person in there. I bet he’s Tohshiaki since he did say he’ll be watching. =X

So since some of us left, the remaining 25 people gathered and took pictures. They were true soldiers who lasted the whole thing. We gathered at the entrance of Paradize Center and shouted “Bhartsechz!!!”
