Why Is Izumi Konata’s Voice Actress, Hirano Aya?
Something which I started to ponder. Why is Hirano Aya doing Izumi Konata’s voice?
Well~ Her voice is somewhat suitable but could is also be because of the looks?

She’s got the most subtly, weirdly, asymmetrical face ever. Cover one side of her face with your finger, then the other. Strange lookin chick.

Wrong. Aya-sama’s mole and Konata are at different locations. Konata’s mole is nearer to eyes, while Aya-sama’s mole is on her cheek. The only similiarity is that both falls on the left side of their faces.
This was long spotted and reported by the devout worshippers of Ayaism. You fail.

Shes haruhi! People worship haruhi, there aya gets worship too. But the fact that she did all the songs in haruhi was oh so cool.

Aya Hurano is one of my idols, she does awesome work! loved her as Haruhi Suzumiya and Konata Izumi. maybe because she is a goddess, yes yes thats it, shes a goddess no other reasons are needed!

Its a good actress, but the best always has been for, Megumi Hayashibara. But i must to hav agree with the comentary about : Izumi=Hirano=Suzumiya

Personally I was surprised that Aya Hirano is Konata’s voice actress. It sounds so different as compared to Haruhi’s.
Worse of all! In Lucky Star episode 15, she changes the voice from Haruhi to Konata to Haruhi to Konata to haruhi………… and so on.
That is why I think that Aya Hirano is a impressive person with good voice =).
I love Konata’s voice.

Aya-san is just the goddess of seiyu, you can’t compare her with anybody.
Just watch her singing from “God Knows…” to “Motteke! Sailor Fuku!”, two diferent styles, and btw her single JOINT goes to the same genre as God Knows, but still you can notice the diference between the little changes in her voice, making it sound so cool…

I like an episode in LuckyStar, when Konata’s friends go to visit her at work and Konata is in a cosplay of Haruhi…
She changes between voices so quickly and perfectly… There’s no way a normal actress could do that.
