I would suggest working on the hands a bit, but that's something that is very hard to perfect.. The feet look decent and you maintain a good amount of depth in them.. (The problem alot of people have is that their feet end up looking 2 dimensional..) Possibly a little more detail or noise to the hair would make it more dynamic and would really add to it.
