Yep, that’s right. We’re gonna have a Karaoke Contest!!! After chatting with alot of the local anime community members and going to karaoke session, singing anime songs for hours, it about time we make things a little bit more interested!
Since I got a bunch of posters and other goodies that I won’t use, I figured I could give them away too with this contest!
I’ll be giving away the posters that I’ve given before and from many other series. First place gets to have the first pick, and so on. So… We’ll just have a contest where I’ll host the MP3s and voting is free for all! And… ITS OPEN TO ALL!!!
Here’s the short list of rules:
- Two entries per person at maximum. The song can be from an anime, games or doujin. Of course parody versions can be done too!
- Group entries are allowed too!
- One vote per person. I’ll just be using the normal wp-poll thing to keep track of votes, so vote for the best song!
- Email your entries (mp3 format) to bjorn_tan_88@hotmail.com. Maximum file size is 10MB. Please title it as “AFM Contest”.
- Entry deadline is July 15. Voting will begin on July 16 and last until July 31.
- The winners will be contacted, and the prizes will be sent once chosen.
- I’ll pay for postage within Singapore. Anywhere else and I’ll have to ask for help with payment for shipping.
By the way, don’t be afraid of doing a parody version too since it’s meant to be fun. All entries will eventually be compiled into the AFM (Anime Fan Music) collection whereby everyone can share with their friends and listen to each others songs!
