And so I’m 3 months into my National Service and have completed my BMT (which was 3 days ago by the way). Right now, I’m enjoying my well deserved block leave and I guess I’ll be resuming to update this site often to redeem myself a little bit.

I’m also working on a new skin for the site with the help of mellow_bunny and hopefully I’ll be able to get it up and running soon. I would like you guys to drop me some suggestions on what you want to see on the new site. I’m trying to go something minimal like always and not to have too many flashy stuff on it. Perhaps I’ll stick to something similiar to the current theme (I also added a new banner if you haven’t noticed).

Anyway, thanks to the SGAB community members who turned up for the BBQ. There sure was a lot of meat (no loli meat or erm… meat spin for that matter) present for us to gorge ourselves. And of course the booze! I drank quite alot myself and felt kinna high. Oh yeah~ The resort was just too damn good. I seriously didn’t expect it to be that terrific. In fact, I’ll hold more gatherings there if given the chance. 3 floors, 4 bedrooms with air-con everywhere. Having a 32″ LCD TV in every bedroom and the living room is also shocking. They even provided internet access for us. If only it was my home.

We all brought our laptops and started our LAN gaming session. Played Magical Battle Arena which was very fun especially with 4 people going at it at the same time.

And with the cool TV, we plugged in the PS3 and started playing too. Soul Calibur 4 is great fun. xD

And of course the food! We has seriously alot of food. I think I ordered food for like… 30 people when we only had half present. But it was nice food. Playing Black Jack with the losers to do forfeit was damn fun too. Especially when we had to eat the burnt stuff, doing pushups, running around the house like some madman and having to take off our underwear and placing it on the table for a few round before we can have it back. xD

Of course we rock at BBQ too. Look at us using the torch’s flames for BBQ. Might as well make use of their existence while they last! =D Come to think of it, Shakugan no Shana was on Arts Central that night before Zero no Tsukaima 3 that night.

It’s actually nice to watch anime on the TV with a bunch of friends and going awed by the characters and all. Once again, thanks to those who turned up. Hopefully, I’ll be able to book the resort once more during the period of AFA08 or something. Speaking of which, I’ll try to update and give some info on AFA08 along with other upcoming events that you might wanna keep a look out for. =)
