According to Moonphase, the 3rd installment for Higurashi no Naku Koro ni series has been annouced to be released as an OVA as 「ひぐらしのなく頃に礼」 (Higurashi no Naku Koro ni Rei), the same name as the fandisc for the original game released in December 2006.

I know some of you might be sick of waiting for fansubs animes and are awaiting for raws instead but at time, you feel impatient too. Well, guess what? Now, you can stream TV channels from Japan on your computer so that you can actually watch them live!
